Prior to joining MIC, Ryuji worked at SoftBank Corp., where he engaged in FP&A (launching new services of the technology unit and managing company-wide operating expenditure as well as that of technology unit), and Investment.
In the investment team, he was in charge of planning and promoting overall projects related to M&A, venture investments and establishment of joint ventures, including cross-border M&A and TOB deals.
He gained rich experience of project process management, DD, structuring, return analysis, corporate valuation, negotiation of terms and conditions, etc.
